How do I cancel my membership?

The cancellation terms and conditions are located on the back of your membership agreement section 6 (a-f).  Please refer to this section for specifications on cancellations, termination and refunds or you may contact the Club Manager.

I need to change my EFT (electronic funds transfer) for my monthly dues, how do I do this?

Please come by the club nearest to you and complete and “Change or Information Form”.  At this time, you will need to provide a voided check or credit card imprint.  If you should stop your bank account or credit card account you will need to notify us immediately in order to avoid suspension of your membership privileges.

I want to bring a guest into the facility to workout with me, how do I do this?

Guests, 18 year of age or older, are welcome into any Oz location between the hours of 8 am to 9 pm, by paying the daily guest fee.  If you wish to activate a guest pass, you will need to contact the club nearest to you in advance and book an appointment with a counselor.

I have lost my card/key tag how can I get a new one?

If you have lost a card or key tag please contact your club manager to see if it has been turned in.  All lost cards are kept for 30 days and a replacement will cost $5.00.

Why must I carry a workout towel with me on every visit?

Workout towels are a mandatory requirement for members and guests for hygienic reasons.  Oz provides cleaning stations in each facility with paper towels and disinfectant for members to use to wipe down their equipment. 

Where can I keep my valuables while I workout?

Oz fitness provides lockers at all our facilities for Day Use Only.  Your personal items should be secured with a lock at all times while on the premise as Oz Fitness is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
